The above prices (without meals) include VAT and other charges.

You are entitled to a discount if you are a:

Student, person with disability, member of a large family, passenger over 65 years old.

Card holders of ANEK SMART CARD

The amount of the discount is 4€ for passengers over 13 years old with a final ticket price of 23€

and 2€ for passengers between 3-12 years old with a final ticket price of 11€

These discounts are only given at our ticket offices when issuing the ticket, upon presentation of a relevant ID.

These discounts are not cumulative, thus only the highest will be counted in case you are entitled to more than one.

From our office in Makris Gialos located in the port, at a distance of 100 m. from our ship.
From all the tourist offices cooperating with our Consortium. On the day of your trip, you give your reservation to our ticket offices and we give you your tickets.
From our offices in Ierapetra located:

2. Kyrva 25 (next to the pizzeria LA STRADA)

What you need to know

There are no roads on the island, but neither are shops (restaurants, canteens, etc.). The ship's self-service restaurant-bar is open throughout the cruise, so you can enjoy a delicious meal, salad, wine, snacks, coffee, soft drinks, ice creams, etc.
For some days we can not disembark the passengers by boat on the island. During this time, our ship will approach the shore at a short distance, to facilitate the access of passengers who want to reach the island by swimming.
You may use your credit card for purchases onboard the ship.
A hat, sunscreen, and comfortable clothing are essential under high temperatures, especially during the summer months.
There is a free parking area at the port of Makris Gialos.
