- Passengers must be present at the boarding area at the port of Souda 20-30 minutes before departure.

- The ship's restaurant-bar (self-service) is open throughout the cruise and has food options, snacks, coffee, soft drinks, ice cream, etc. (on charge).
- A hat, sunscreen and comfortable clothing are essential in the high temperatures, especially in the summer months.
- There is free parking at the port of Souda.
