From all travel agencies that work with us. On the day of your trip you may give us the reservation documents provided by the travel agency and we shall give you your tickets.
From our ticket offices, without a reservation, on the day of your trip (depending on availability), by paying in cash or with a credit card.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Passengers must be present at the embarkation area 40 minutes before the departure. Both in Gramvousa and Balos, you may return to the ship at any time, but make sure you are back at least 10 minutes before departure.
- The visit to Balos beach is by boat (weather permitting)
- Gramvousa and Balos are uninhabited areas and haven't any roads neither shops. The ship's self-service restaurant-bar is open throughout the cruise, so you can enjoy a delicious meal, salad, snacks, drinks, coffee, ice creams, etc. on board or take away your meal in a package. You can rent also a sun umbrella.
- You can use your credit card for purchases onboard the ship.
- A hat, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes are essential under high temperatures, especially during the summer months.
- There is a free parking area at the port of Kissamos.
