The above prices (without meals) include VAT and an audio guide (in Greek, English, German and French).
A meal, consisting of a choice of main course (Chicken with baked potatoes, Soutzoukakia with rice, Stuffed tomatoes with rice and spices, etc.), individual salad and bottled water, costs €13 in addition to the ticket price.
Passengers aged up to 2 years travel for free (without meals).
The Municipality of Kissamos, before boarding, collects an administrative fee from every ticket for passengers over 13 years old visiting Balos lagoon. The fee for the 2025 season was €1.

Please be at the port approximately 40 minutes before the ship's departure time.
OUR OFFICES IN KISSAMOS
1. Μain office: It is located at a distance of 1 kilometer from the town square, on the main street (226, Iroon Polytechniou ) which leads to the port. In the outdoor area of the office, you can purchase tickets for our cruises from the ticket vending machine located there (payment by bank card only). – Telephone +30 28220 22888.
2. Ticket offices : at the port of Kissamos (Kavonisi), located in front of our ships. Opening hours during the summer season: 08:30–21:00. Payments by bank card or cash. Telephone +30 28220 24344 / 83311 (free parking).
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Passengers must be present at the embarkation area 40 minutes before the departure. Both in Gramvousa and Balos, you may return to the ship at any time, but make sure you are back at least 10 minutes before departure.
- Gramvousa and Balos are uninhabited areas and haven't any roads neither shops. The ship's self-service restaurant-bar is open throughout the cruise, so you can enjoy a delicious meal, salad, snacks, drinks, coffee, ice creams, etc. on board or take away your meal in a package. You can rent also a sun umbrella. Please note that your purchases on board our ships are only made by credit or debit card and not by cash.
- A hat, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes are essential under high temperatures, especially during the summer months.
- There is a free parking area at the port of Kissamos.
